Recently, Fengyuan Hydrogen Energy's FY06M-500 fuel cell has obtained national standard certification and entered mass production and installation. Previously, the performance of the fuel cell stack was inspected and certified by the Shanghai Motor Vehicle Testing and Certification Technology Research Center, a national level testing center.
1) Larger single stack power. The rated power of FY06M-500 is 234kW, which means that Fengyuan stack products can be adapted to more application scenarios.
2) The industry-leading power density has obtained national standard testing certification, surpassing similar international products. The FY06M-500 hydrogen fuel cell stack belongs to the metal series products of the FY06 stack platform, using non precious metal coated metal bipolar plates, with a single stack power coverage of 100-250 kW. This test was conducted in accordance with the fuel cell volume to power density testing standard in the national standard "Fuel Cell Vehicle Testing Specification". The test results have already taken the lead over similar products from international first tier car companies. This result once again demonstrates that China's fuel cell stack has reached a world leading level in these core indicators.
Fengyuan Hydrogen Energy has gradually achieved the development of materials, core components, and system integration technology. The FY06M-500 fuel cell stack continues to adhere to excellent design manufacturability, iterative expansion of high flexibility, and diverse application scenarios. Based on technology development and engineering application experience, it has developed new applications for commercial vehicles such as fuel cell buses, 4.5-ton fuel cell refrigerated trucks, 18 ton fuel cell transport vehicles, wash and sweep trucks, 31 ton fuel cell dump trucks, and 49 ton fuel cell heavy-duty trucks, as well as diverse consumer and commercial application needs such as distributed cogeneration systems and emergency backup power sources.
The wind of 'hydrogen' is coming slowly, and the source of the front must be upwind.
