This month, Fengyuan has received intensive deliveries. Recently, Fengyuan Hydrogen Energy has successfully delivered 119 hydrogen fuel cell stacks to top domestic system companies. The batch delivery this time is Fengyuan Hydrogen Energy's independently developed and produced FY06M-105 graphite fuel cell stack, with good batch consistency and industry-leading indicators.

The FY06M series fuel cell stack adopts a lower cost and higher reliability single-cell structure, embedded with Lucifer 3001 membrane electrodes, which has the advantages of high single stack power, high specific power density, strong low-temperature self starting ability, high lifespan and reliability, and low production cost. The design power of FY06M-105 single reactor is 105kW, with a volume specific power of over 4.0kW/L and a design life of over 20000 hours. It can achieve a low temperature of -30 ℃ without auxiliary cold start, and its performance indicators are among the top in the industry.

Leading domestic power generation performance indicators:

At current densities of 1000mA/cm ², 1500mA/cm ², 2000mA/cm ², and 2400mA/cm ², the average single chip voltage of the fuel cell stack reached 0.75V, 0.70V, 0.67V, and 0.63V, respectively. The power generation performance of the fuel cell stack is at a leading level in China. Good power generation performance brings the following main advantages:

① Reduce costs. By using fewer monomers, the required power can be achieved, thereby reducing the usage of MEA and bipolar plates and lowering costs;

② High power generation efficiency. Under conditions where the average voltage of individual cells is high, the fuel cell stack can achieve high power output. The power generation efficiency of the fuel cell stack is high, and the system efficiency is also improved accordingly.

Leading domestic consistency indicators:

At current densities ranging from 0 to 2300mA/cm ², the standard deviation is ≤ 4mV. The consistency index of FY06 fuel cell stack is at a leading level both domestically and internationally.

Low three cavity flow resistance and good system adaptability:

At a current density of 2000mA/cm ², the flow resistance (inlet pressure outlet pressure) of the hydrogen, air, and coolant chambers are 10kPa, 27kPa, and 40kPa, respectively. The resistance values of all three cavities are relatively small.

Small flow resistance brings the following main advantages:

① The fuel cell stack has good adaptability. The system has a wide range of options when selecting hydrogen circulation systems, air compressors, and water pumps for fuel cells;

② The system has high efficiency. Due to low flow resistance, components such as air compressors and water pumps require less energy consumption, which can improve system efficiency.
