Strong alliance again! Fengyuan assists Deli New Energy in delivering 40 hydrogen fuel tractors

On the morning of November 29, 2023, the delivery ceremony of 40 tractors equipped with Fengyuan Hydrogen Energy 110kW fuel cell system was successfully held in Anyang City, Henan Province. The event was hosted by Hou Hezhu, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Chain Leader of the Municipal New Energy Vehicle and Parts Industry Cluster. Qian Dezhu, Chairman of Deli New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd., and Ding Yi, Chairman of Anyang Fengyuan Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., delivered joint speeches.

As leading enterprises, Fengyuan Hydrogen Energy, Deli New Energy, and Jinghui Logistics have taken the lead in the production and manufacturing of new energy fuel cell tractors, driven by the marketization of vehicle terminals towards benign and sustainable development. In November 2022, Henan Deli New Energy Automobile Company and Fengyuan Hydrogen Energy jointly developed and produced 64 49 ton fuel cell heavy-duty trucks, which have completed the first batch of delivery. After a year, Fengyuan once again assisted Deli New Energy in successfully delivering 40 hydrogen fuel tractor trucks. Now Deli Automobile has produced and delivered more than 100 fuel cell heavy-duty trucks, all of which will be used for Jinghui logistics transportation. The large-scale repurchase and deployment of vehicles means that the "Fengyuan Hydrogen Energy" fuel cell and power system have been recognized by the market.

The localization of leading technology drives products towards flat replacement and de fueling. The 40 hydrogen powered tractors that have been supplied this time are equipped with 49 ton hydrogen fuel cell semi-trailer tractors and Fengyuan Hydrogen Energy FY06-110kW hydrogen fuel cell engines, with a range of up to 500 kilometers. The average hydrogen consumption per 100 kilometers in actual commercial cargo operation is 9 kilograms, and skilled drivers can even achieve less than 8 kilograms. Among them, the peak power of Fengyuan Hydrogen Energy's fuel cell can reach 150kW, with a design lifespan of 20000 hours. The core components such as fuel cell stacks, membrane electrodes, catalysts, etc. are all independently produced by Fengyuan, achieving "from powder to electricity" and greatly promoting the rapid reduction of industry costs.

The delivery of over 100 Fengyuan hydrogen fuel cell tractors in Anyang City, Henan Province, represents the maturity of Fengyuan's new energy commercial vehicle layout in the national market. In the future, Fengyuan Hydrogen Energy will collaborate with partners to develop customized new energy logistics solutions for customers, comprehensively creating a green, environmentally friendly, and efficient win-win model.
