Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Government Office issued a document titled "Decision of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government on Commending the Winners of the First Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property Award" (Zhe Zheng Fa [2023] No. 25), which was later announced by the Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property Office). Zhejiang Fengyuan Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which applied for the invention patent "Single Cell Module and Fuel Cell Stack" (patent number: ZL202010489710.0), and Fengyuan Xinchuang Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. are the only hydrogen energy enterprises to win the first Zhejiang Province Intellectual Property Patent Award.

Fengyuan Hydrogen Energy obtained multiple core patent transfers and authorizations in the field of fuel cells from the Hydrogen Fuel Cell Laboratory of Tsinghua University in the early stage.
